Refund and Return Policy


We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our products, that we’re willing to offer a 30-day risk-free money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason you can get a refund within 30 days of making a purchase. Please note that any return for ANY reason is subject to a minimum 3.5% restocking fee. This is due to credit card processors keeping the credit card fee, even after refunding you the customer, during the initial transaction. This restock fee can be waived if the refund is credited to your Smart Parts PC customer account or refund is in the form of a gift card. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Consumable goods such as food, software, or digital downloads cannot be returned. Please note that any additional services, custom work, or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered. Additional non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items, including personal exercise hardware such as smartwatches, step trackers, etc… are non-returnable.
  To initiate a return, you must have a return authorization to do so. Any items shipped back to us prior to a return authorization may be rejected. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be a paper receipt or email. In the event that you gave us your name and phone number at the time of the sale in-store, we can look up your purchase without the need for a paper or digital receipt. We retain all customer information from all online orders, so we’ll only need a name and address or email address to look up your order. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
  • Custom PC’s are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee if returned for ANY reason. In the event that your order has been started being worked on, any cancelation request after the fact will also be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may have their refund denied. We evaluate all returns on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will have any refund request denied unless other arrangements have been made in writing.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will notify you, the customer, the amount of the refund we are to send.  Once we hear back from you with approval on your end, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 3-7 days, depending on your bank or credit card company. Late or missing refunds If it’s been more than 7 days and you haven’t received a refund, please reach out to your bank, credit card company, or payment institution to verify if there is a pending credit for the refunded amount on your account. Depending on the institution that you used for payment, it may take some time, usually within 3-7 days, before your refund is officially posted to your bank account or credit card statement. Sale items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to 4145 W. Ina RD, STE 161, Tucson, AZ 85741. Please do not return any items for exchange without prior authorization to do so.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, minus any restocking fee that is applicable. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the gift giver will need to contact us to start the return process. Any and all refunds will be refunded to the gift giver’s original payment method. Restocking fees will still apply.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to 4145 W. Ina RD, STE 161, Tucson, AZ 85741. Please do not return any items without prior authorization to do so. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping charge will be deducted from your refund after any applicable restocking charges. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. This usually varies from 1-5 business days from the date your exchanged/replacement product is shipped. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
