Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase or delivery of the product for a full refund or exchange.
Before you return a product, please make sure that:
- Contact us by phone or email
- The product was purchased in the last 14 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- There is no damage to the product
- In case of Brand New items, there will be a 20% restocking fee if the seal is broken and/or if the product has been used.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are NOT refundable and customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
